Earlier in the evening, the NDC presented all the caretakers for the fifteen constituencies. There are ten new faces on the NDC team for the upcoming elections: Ali Dowden, Dr. George Vincent, Dennoth Modeste, Merle Byer, Franka Bernadine, Joseph Andall, Harrison Fleary, Rondell Robinson, Terry Hillaire and Adrian Thomas. The team is completed with: Prime Minister Tillman Thomas, V. Nazim Burke, Sylvester Quarless, Patrick Simmons, Alleyne Walker

Prime Minister told  supporters that the NDC is the best party to take Grenada forward and called on Grenadians to ensure that the NDC is given a second term to complete the transformation of Grenada’s economic development.

Outlining the achievements of the party since 2008, Prime Minister Thomas said with a new mandate NDC will continue to build on the five transformational sectors designed to take Grenada forward.

The main opposition NNP is also holding a public rally in St. David to present their caretakers for the elections. Up to the time of writing there was no immediate reaction for the NNP regarding the date for elections.
