On Thursday, February 7th, 2013, the tri-island State of Grenada, Carriacou & Petite Martinique will celebrate 39 years as an independent nation. In commemoration of this special occasion, the Grenadian community in Toronto, Canada will host the following events:

  • Literary Night
    Sunday, February 10th, 2013. Toronto Metro Hall, 55 John Street, 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Fish Friday
    Friday, February 15th, 2013. Weston Station, 1935 Weston Road. 7:00 p.m.
  • Independence Gala under the auspices of the Consulate General of Grenada Saturday, February 16th, 2013. Spirale Banquet Hall – 888 Don Mills Road, 6:30 p.m.
  • Spice It Up
    Saturday, February 23rd, 2013. Six Degrees Event Venue, 2335 Yonge Street, Toronto. 9:00 p.m.
  • Showcase Grenada Exposition
    Sunday, February 24th, 2013. The Bram & Bulma Appel Salon, Toronto Reference Library.
    3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., 789 Yonge Street, Toronto
